Projekt leírás

In a supply chain network, various production types—such as mass, series, and project production—often coexist. If raw materials are unavailable at the start of a project and production is delayed, deadlines may be missed. Conversely, excessive stocking of raw materials that are ultimately not required leads to unnecessarily high financial costs. To address these challenges, we aim to develop a risk mitigation method for testing a network and its bills of materials (BOMs) to determine the optimal quantity and type of raw materials to be stored.
